MoSocial.com collects personal information when you register with MoSocial.com, when you use MoSocial.com products or services, when you visit MoSocial.com pages or the pages of certain MoSocial.com partners, and when you enter promotions or events. Children

Individuals under 18 are not allowed to purchase an MoSocial.com product. Should a child under age 13 attempt to register with a MoSocial.com virtual event designed for children, we ask the child to have a parent or guardian create a MoSocial.com Family Account to obtain parental permission.

Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. and MoSocial.com does not knowingly contact children under age 13 about special offers or for marketing purposes without a parent's permission.

Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. and MoSocial.com does not knowlingly ask a child under age 13 for more personal information, as a condition of participation, than is reasonably necessary to participate in a given activity or promotion.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. and MoSocial.com does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

General

You can edit your MoSocial.com Account Information, including your marketing preferences, at any time.

New categories of virtual community software and marketing communications might be added to the site from time to time. Users who visit the site can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from the new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to MoSocial.com services, such as service announcements, administrative messages and MoSocial.com Newsletters, that are considered part of your MoSocial.com account, without offering the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.

You can delete your MoSocial.com account by selecting it in your account page.

Children

Parents can review, edit, and delete information relating to their child's MoSocial.com account using tools offered by MoSocial.com Family Accounts. Parents need to verify with photo ID they are the parent of the child.

If a parent chooses not to allow us to further collect or use a child's information, parents enrolled in an MoSocial.com Family Account may delete their child's account by signing into that child's account and then deleting it.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.
